Provided a team of senior and junior environmental specialists, environmental managers as well as administrative personnel to support these requirements.

The requirements were to perform and assist with ATF’s program reviews, confer with ATF officials in order to determine applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements, develop forms, records systems, procedures, documentation, formulation of policies, training, provide support maintenance of programs, performance of assigned tasks and OSHA, EPA related requirements. Serviced various sites throughout the metropolitan area.

Department of Defense, United States Army, NCR-DOIM
Provided AUTOMATION AND NETWORK SUPPORT SERVICES.  Our team of Help Desk Technicians, System Engineers and Integration Specialist supported this effort.
Needed cleared facility and personnel with secret clearances.
Provided NCR-DOIM support in the areas of technical analysis and daily operational support services for Desktop and User Administration functions as set on existing or newly installed hardware and software located at Arlington National Cemetery, Fort Myer, Ft. Belvoir and Fort McNair.
HPS provided support services consisting of the following:
  • Problem determination and resolution pertaining to desktop computer systems and applications.
  • Identification of problems related to the interaction of equipment and software to be supported under this contract with equipment and software supported by other support personnel.
  • The period of performance under this project is 0700 to 1800, Monday through Friday.
  • Integration of printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
  • Preparation of documentation for new and upgraded systems as requested by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
  • Develop and document changes to procedures as necessary. These changes shall be presented to the COR for approval, and any and all such changes shall be included in the existing documentation.
  • Support of application software executed on the equipment to the following extent:
  • Fielding questions from customers.
  • Resolution of problems that evolve between the application software, communications and operating systems.
  • Support the government staff when integrating supported networks and operating systems with those of its customer organizations.
  • Provide integration, analysis and daily operational support services for client installations.
  • Provide installation, configuration, and troubleshooting support for Video Tele-conferencing applications.
  • Provide analysis and integration in support of special projects.
  • Performs processes related to customer integration of client email systems. Which shall include:
  • Create new user accounts and mailboxes.
  • Create, modify, and mange users and groups.
  • Create, modify, and manage files and directories on file servers to include permissions issues.
  • Import mail and address lists from old or external mail systems.
  • Install, configure, patch, and troubleshoot mail clients.
  • Perform desktop functions necessary to maintain a fully operational network to include installing and troubleshooting all existing and new hardware and software.
  • Diagnose automation, communications, hardware and software problems
  • Respond to calls on all designated equipment.
  • Set up new equipment, load operating systems and application software.
  • If required, contact the hardware or software vendor to resolve problems.
  • Verify problem and ensure that all the pertinent information is recorded, such as: serial number, location, users name, phone number and problem.
  • Forward the pertinent information to the COR.
  • Test results to ensure no negative impact on other applications.
  • Comply with configuration management guidance on user systems as environment changes.
  • Analyze results and advise user as to the best method in which to operate.
  • Recommend software or hardware upgrades.
  • Initialize disk drives, load all software and resolve any problems that may arise during this process.
  • Develop training plans to conduct training on new or existing hardware and software.
  • Conduct formal and informal training for existing and new hardware and software, as well as any additions and upgrades in the future.
  • Perform support for advanced functions such as Scheduling, off- line users, Multi-Profile workstations, I.e. Exchange Client, and Outlook. Supported configurations may include multiple clients on the same system.
  • Perform support on Windows 9x, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows 2003. Use REMEDY tracking system.
  • Make follow-up calls to the user (10% of the trouble tickets generated within each week) to ensure that:
  • The customer's problem has been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • The equipment has continued to perform.
  • Performed courteously and the equipment continues to function as required.
  • Provide an explanation to the user if the time to resolve exceeds the time as set forth in the contract.
  • Submit Performance Report on a recurring basis, which evaluates the operational environment and documents the variety of equipment serviced.
  • Maintain a government furnished work order database containing a complete history of all requests for assistance, as well as:
  • Capture information and provide statistical data with reference to hardware and software replacement; moving of hardware; trends suggested by the types and number of calls by building, user and user organization; feedback on users' non use of equipment; requests for new or different hardware or software; repair statistics by equipment type, user, building and configuration; and problem areas relating to applications systems.
  • Recommendations for replacement or improvement of any equipment or service, which is obsolete.
  • Provide ad hoc reports upon request from the COR.
  • Utilize Government provided electronic mail accounts. The e-mail account shall be checked within the first hour of normal operations every workday, and three additional times throughout the day.
  • Update a computerized work order database of all work orders for daily, weekly and monthly review by the COR.

Washington Metropolitan Transit Authority, Washington, D. C.
(Service Locations in Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia) – provides Registered Nurses, License Practical Nurses and Medical Assistants on an as needed basis.  The medical personnel support WMATA when there are special projects. Task include; Medical administrative functions, medication administration, assisting patients with medical issues, handling medical records, giving shots, provide other medical services directed by management.

Our team consisted of nurse practitioners, registered nurses I, II, certified nursing assistants, physician assistants, dental assistants, medical records technicians, and our team scheduled work hours and days were 18hr- shift 7 days a week.  Our team performs tasks for youth in the juvenile system male and female population. Some of the duties included handled admissions; charted medical data take urine specimen administration oversight, assisted physicians, diagnosed and analyzed various medical tests, served as health inter-displinary consultant, conducted orientations and training personnel, writing reports, tracking medications, distribution of medication, counseling, administration injections, monitored blood pressure, cleaned instruments
